Macadamia Nut Oil Salad Dressing

1/4 cup macadamia nut oil
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Serve over salad. Makes about 1/2 cup, or 4 servings.

Per serving: Calories 150, carbohydrates 7 g., total fat 14 g., saturated fat 2 g., sodium 250 g.
