- 3 cups breadfruit, cubed
- 1 cup fresh shelled shrimp, clams or other shellfish
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup juice from shellfish
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté garlic, add onion and shellfish. Season with salt and pepper. Add liquid from shellfish and stir until boiling. Add vinegar and boil a few minutes. Add breadfruit. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until breadfruit is done. Add sliced green onion. Serve hot.
