From The Wai'anae Diet Cookbook, 'Elua (Vol. II)
- 3 breadfruit, baked or steamed and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 stick kamaboko, diced, or 1 cup cooked shrimp
- 11/2 cups chopped broccoli florets, lightly steamed
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- Garlic and black pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients, chill and serve. Makes 20 half-cup servings (71 calories, 0.2 grams fat).
